We offer regular or on the spot, Health and Safety Audits to ensure high standards are maintained, and report back to the client as required.

CDM Compliance,(Construction Design Management Regulations)

CDM applies to a very wide range of activities and regardless of the size of the activity, we can ensure your full compliance with legislation.

Most often than not, Project Managers don’t have the time or resources to deal with CDM and its requirements. Having developed a comprehensive process that is proportionate to each individual project, Our CDM Compliance service provides you with a competent professional who can effectively assess and report on the particular needs of your legal obligations.

Pre-Construction Information (PCI) pack

As Client, or Principle Designer (PD) under CDM, it is obligatory to provide the Principle Contractor (PC) with a PCI pack. The PCI would form the basis from which the PC can plan and safely execute the construction Project. Furthermore, safe operation and maintenance of the construction project needs to be carefully considered and addressed accordingly.

As CDM advisors, we can review the design, carry out site visits and Hazard Identification by involving all the relevant parties, and then produce a concise, yet relevant PCI pack. The pack can duly be given to the PC in order to produce a CPP.

Construction Phase Plan (CPP)

Working for PCs, we can assist in provision or review of RAMS/documents and PCI to a high level of proficiency. In some cases, further investigative work or clarification may be required, which can consequently be gained.

Based on the information provided, we can advise and generate a CPP to help execute the works safely and as expected.
